Quality is when customers come back, and the products don’t. Siemens motto (quoted by Philip Kotler) Found in Translation, Jost Zetzsche’s and Nataly Kelly’s book on translation, is an enjoyable read and a good Christmas gift for customers who speak English and are curious about translation.
